I didn't get. picture this week since we were flying to Japan...oops.
How Far Along?: 10 Weeks! We've officially hit the double digits and are so close to getting out of the first trimester!
Weight Gain: I'm not sure but if I had to guess I would say maybe 3-4 lbs or so. We still don't have a scale so I'm not 100% sure. My clothes mostly fit the same except for my pants now.
Gender?: No idea but I really hope it's another girl! I would love a baby sister for Ellie.
How Big is Baby?: Baby is the size of a strawberry! They're measuring between 1 and 2 inches long and weighing about .25 ounces. Their body length will almost double in the next three weeks. Goodbye, webbed fingers and toes. By now, baby’s hands and feet are fully formed, with their fingers and toes longer and their nails beginning to develop. They can bend their elbows for the first time with working arm joints, and cartilage and bones are forming. Fingernails and hair are starting to appear too!
Symptoms: This past week has been rough. I've thrown up a total of 3 times now this pregnancy. I'm also exhausted. I will say the start of week 9 was much worse than the end. I'm actually starting to feel ok now. That placenta must be kicking in. I'm still super tired though and achy. We fly out today to Okinawa and I'm hoping I do ok! I've definitely started to show and I'm excited for the cute bump to grow!
Any Food Cravings?: Not really, I really do tend to lean towards nutritious foods like healthy proteins etc.
Sleep: Sleep has been hard, I either can't stay awake or I can't fall asleep. Getting comfortable is also really hard.
Stretch Marks?: No new ones!
Maternity Clothes?: I officially have my first pair of maternity pants because mine hurt to put on now.
Wedding Ring On or Off?: On!
What Do You Miss the Most?: Eating sushi. Going to Japan, and I can't wait to eat it ALL.
What Are You Most Excited For This Next Week?: Getting into our new home in Japan and getting settled (as much as we can until our stuff arrives).
Labor Signs?: Nope!
Favorite Memory From Last Week?: We got to have an adventure driving 5 days from Texas to Seattle and celebrated Ellie turning 5 along the way!
